Volunteer with WOLMI / The River at Denver Church
Volunteers are a vital part of reaching people for the kingdom of Heaven. God has given each of us unique gifts and abilities, and there are many different ways to serve. Choose which ministry you'd like to serve with below and we'll be in touch with you.
We are looking for volunteers in the following for our city and church outreach/travel teams for WOLMI:
MEDIA/MARKETING: Involves camera operation, production editing and live stream support, photography, social media posts and management, event announcements, etc.
STRATEGY TEAM: We cast the vision and you help implement it! Involved in details of the vision casting to help ensure follow-through and completion of events, including crusades, streaming programs, and preaching events. This can be a remote position in addition to scheduled in person team meetings.
WORSHIP TEAM: Worship is so important. This is what we will do for eternity. We are searching for those who love to worship the Lord, flow in His presence, and have a heart to lead. The band and singers selected would go with us to preaching events, crusades, revival meetings, and more. Currently, we are looking for all positions so we may have multiple bands/teams at events. Upon inquiry, please submit what instrument(s) you play and sing? Some travel may be required regionally and progress to nationally.
PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEOGRAPHERS: We love those who can capture the moments when someone is receiving a touch from the Holy Spirit. Capturing these moments will help encourage spiritual hunger and growth in the lives of all who view the photos or watch the broadcasts or video testimonies. Those involved will need to serve in capacities such as preaching events, revival meetings, crusades, outreach, and more. Some travel may be required regionally and progress to nationally.
CRUSADE HELPERS: WOLMI will be holding four open-air crusades per year with the goal to win the lost to Christ at all costs. We will be venturing to partner with local churches in the areas for this. In addition, these roles will vary from set up/tear down, prayer teams, crowd control, parking, bands, ushers, award give-a-ways, and more.
CALL TEAM: Call support for Rev. Elliott regarding upcoming events, prayer lists, team gatherings, pastor support and invites, etc. Must be outgoing, love to pray for others, and be led by the Holy Spirit.
REVIVAL TEAM: Ushers, catchers, greeters, sign-in/registration table, security, armor bearer to Revs. Elliott and Rebecca, hospitality, translators, sound, etc. Some travel may be needed regionally and progress to nationally.
OUTREACH TEAM: WOLMI believes in the great commission of Matthew 16:15, "Go ye, into all the world . . ." This involves hitting the streets in communities, jails, and rescue missions for the homeless. We will fully train everyone interested in making "soul winning" a part of your every day life. This position will also help lead teams as we do ministry events known as, "Soul Winning Summits".
